• Identify event sites
• Secure any needed permits and permissions
• Make signs
• Manage internal communication with members
• Oversee resource issues

Vision

• Identify consensus goals by soliciting essays and testing themes with everybody
• Articulate and provide philosophical justification of these themes and goals
• Suggest general paths to realize the consensus goals

Political Action

• Define an action plan, drawing from Vision research and other available options
• Execute the plan
